A graduate of master’s degree studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking. He has completed Master of Business Administration studies at the Cracow University of Technology.
In 2000, he passed an examination for members of supervisory boards in state-owned companies. He has long-term experience in comprehensive management of companies’ operations supported by numerous successes in the capacity of a president of the management board. He holds a Certificate entitling him to keep the account books issued by the Ministry of Finance.
In 1995, he became a Chief Financial Officer and a Vice-President in charge of Finance at Leta S.A. [Joint Stock Company] where he was responsible & liable, inter alia, for its introduction on the Stock-Exchange as well as for carrying out the first in Poland transaction of sale of EURO BUD S.A. [Joint Stock Company] subsidiary under the LMBO rules and the first in Poland transactions of leasing of real property rights.
From 2000 to 2016, he was a President of the Management Board at Agroma Sp. z o.o. [Limited Liability Company] and Remago Sp. z o.o. [Limited Liability Company] where he was responsible & liable for supervision over investment projects including, inter alia, for management of investment real properties, purchase of investment terrains and management of applications for financing from European Union funds.
In 2015-2016, he was a President of the Management Board at Jastrzębski Węgiel S.A. [Joint Stock Company] where he conducted the debt restructuring process and prepared a remedial plan and a plan for optimization of exploitation of financial resources. Afterwards, he was associated with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. [Joint Stock Company] as a Director in charge of Granting Orders and Purchasing.
In 2019, as a Vice-President of the Management Board at KW Sp. z o.o. [Limited Liability Company] Holding he was responsible & liable, inter alia, for restructuring of mining companies, creation of a new functioning model of the holding within the scope of the central post-mining terrain reclamation operator or creation of the Shared Service Centre and cash pooling.
Since 6 February 2020, he has been a President of the Management Board at ORLEN Południe S.A. [Joint Stock Company].
