An alumnus of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT and Electronics of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków where he obtained the title of MSc Eng in Automation and Robotics. He graduated from a chief accountant course and a course for candidates to supervisory boards. He took part in many trainings devoted to management, team management, negotiation techniques and programming.

He is the co-owner of an IT company implementing innovative technologies and solitions in production, trading and logistics companies. He boasts more than twenty years of experience in managing the company and teams of programmers, implementers and service technicians. He created a central sales system used for collecting data, managing promotions, analyzing sales and with a central inventory database, as well as an IT system for overseeing complete accounting processes in production and trading companies according to ISO standards. Both systems were implemented in several thousand stores all over Poland. He supervised implementation audits to learn the specific character of each company and adapt the IT system. He supervised the design of an interface for integrating various systems for sales software suppliers.

He cooperated with Chinese companies manufacturing fingerprint scanners and face scanners to design a work time settlement system and integrate it with various supplier systems. He has excellent knowledge of programming tools and databases.

Since November 29, 2019, he has been a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Południe S.A.
